Walk out the back door of your private condo and you’re stepping foot on Alaska’s first state park, Kachemak Bay State Park. And while the mountains, wild rivers, and glaciers are some of the area’s most striking features, the coastline stands out as a spectacular location for salmon and halibut fishing.
